Business related orders can be charged to an EY internal charge code (engagement code).

Deliveries to EY Europe West countries within the EU shipping costs of 12.50€ will apply per package.

Deliveries to Switzerland could be charged with customs duty and local taxes. You will be informed about any due
import taxes directly from the logistics partner.
Do I need to pay import duties for my order?
Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, "Import Fees"), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations made by custom offices are (among others):

Import taxes based on custom duty amounts
Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don't charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates. Your order is being shipped from The Netherlands.
Private Orders:
Private orders can only be paid by credit card or Paypal.
Delivery time
Delivery times for standard shipments within the European Union are 2-4 working days, and to countries outside
the European Union 5 working days.
The undertaking to ensure delivery times for shipments abroad depends on prompt customs clearance in the receiving country. Force majeure or disruptions to business, such as riots, strikes or lock-outs, that occur on the vendor's side or on the vendor's suppliers' side which, through no fault of the vendor's, temporarily prevent the vendor from delivering the purchased item within the periods specified shall extend these periods by the duration of these circumstances.
Shipping items
Because of their large size or weight, some items are dispatched as shipping items and the carrier shall agree
on a short-term delivery date with you.
Delivery costs
The delivery costs per package will be 12.50€. The shipping costs are displayed before sending an order in the
shopping cart. For the delivery to countries outside the EU surcharges will be charged.

In case of a return based on guarantee, packing errors, damaged products during transportation, a pickup at your office location will be scheduled by Keiretsu Europe. Please contact our customer support department, and they will communicate this with you.
